Our Team Aline Joyce Berabose ( Age 22 ) is our co-founder and serves as our Chief Executive Director from Rwanda. She started community service and volunteerism at the age of 14. she is passionate about Peace, Gender equality and loves reading books to challenge herself everyday. She is also the Concern Global Youth Ambassador that aims to eradicate poverty and human suffering around the world. Justice Sambo ( Age 23) is our Co-founder and currently serving as the Projects Executive Director from South Africa. Justice has started his own talk show “The Erudition Show” to create a space for authentic conversations. He is recognized by News24 as one of the 100 young Mandelas of the Future. He believes that young people are the leaders of today and not of tomorrow, or the future. Josue Ndengahimana (Age 18) is our digital marketer from Rwanda. He is studying International Business and Trade at African Leadership University (ALU). He is a passion Afro-optimist, Vlogging and believes in inspiring young peace through social platforms. Qiniso Sphesihle Dubazana (Age 21) is from South Africa. He is currently working as our graphic designer, and also does photography. Ntwali Ibrahim (Age 21) is our Content Creator and Social Media Consultant from Rwanda. He studying at UNICAF University. He enjoys Reading books and playing football. He also works as Vice-chairman of Patriotism Organisation. He is a true Pan-African by heart. Katlego Kwele (Age 22) is our Fundraising Manager from South Africa and a staunch believer of Conscious Evolution. He is an Economic Science graduate from Wits University, with a passion and dedication to the socio-economic development of Africa. He has over 7 years of leadership experience in the Voluntary Sector. Gatwiri Gladwell ( Age 21) is our communication Officer from Kenya. She loves travelling and swimming. He is currently a student at Maseno University taking her Bachelor in Philosophy and Literature with IT. Fatina Uwase ( Age 24 ) is our Internal Control from Rwanda, specialized in Youth policy, Advocacy and Financial literacy. She has attained a bachelor’s degree in Finance at Kigali Independent University. Fatina has worked on social innovation projects about income generation, sexual reproductive health, violence and inter-religious dialogue, sexual harassment and bullying. She is passionate about education driven by passion, purpose and impact.
